On the “Comment” section, you will be able to see a list of the comments you have received, and against which video they have been posted.
By using the reply icon, you will be presented with a comment reply form, allowing you to choose who you are going to reply as, the comment type and whether or not you would like to use a pre-written response or write your own.
The “Post” button applies your decision to the YouTube video.
